Join us this June at Startup Ames

We're calling this first meeting of the year the resurrection of Startup Ames as many of you may have joined us a few years ago when this group was active.  We're excited to bring this back for the community of entrepreneurs and business builders in the Ames area!

What to expect for Startup Ames this time around?

• We're changing up the time and going to try Thursday mornings at 8AM, once a month.   Don't worry, free coffee will be provided.

• We will be keeping a fireside chat approach with each speaker to engage the community in conversation and really allowing for connections and networking to follow.

Now, for our first speaker to kickoff Startup Ames...

Bill Adamowski, Economic Development & Industry Relations at Iowa State University

Bill is leading up Innovation & Entrepreneurship for EDIR at Iowa State.  He will be talking about the new initiatives and taking Ames & ISU's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem to the next level!   Bill has quite a vast background in venture capital, start-ups, business development and leadership.  He recently moved back to Iowa from San Francisco, CA for this latest opportunity at ISU.
