Originally constructed in 1930, the Delta Upsilon Fraternity has been
recently renovated and was placed on the National Register of Historic
Places effective November 2010. The Delta Upsilon Fraternity house becomes
the first Greek property at Iowa State to obtain a listing on the National
Register with the intention of continuing to operate as a fraternity.
The partnership between Delta Upsilon and the Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Learning Community will create a different kind of fraternity…one that is
very focused on programming directed toward creative and ambitious ISU
students who want to live together, learn together, and benefit from the
mentoring and networking relationships that will be gained from a fraternal
relationship with more than 1200 Iowa State DU alums living across the
United States.

ROOM includes utilities, house phone, WiFi, garbage service, cable/satellite TV,
lawn maintenance/snow removal, risk/liability insurance coverage.
BOARD shall consist of fifteen (15) meals per week when ISU is in session for an
entire week, subject to such variations for holidays and special events. All meals are prepared
by an in-house chef. Meals include breakfast and lunch (Monday-Friday) and dinner (Sunday-Thursday).
Milk and juice machines will also be available in the house.
