ROOM includes utilities, house phone, WiFi, garbage service, cable/satellite TV, lawn maintenance/snow removal, risk/liability insurance coverage.

BOARD shall consist of fifteen (15) meals per week when ISU is in session for an entire week, subject to such variations for holidays and special events. All meals are prepared by an in-house chef. Meals include breakfast and lunch (Monday-Friday) and dinner (Sunday-Thursday). Milk and juice machines will also be available in the house.
