Leadership

The House

The Delta Upsilon fraternity house is owned by Colonnades Corporation. Housing contracts are signed directly with the corporation. All students are required to pay a refundable damage deposit to ensure the house is respected and kept in good condition while students reside in the house. Disciplinary issues and damage reports will be communicated to the corporation.

Graduate Student

A graduate student will live in the house and will be responsible for program leadership, student acclimation and orientation, working with peer mentors and chapter leaders, and overseeing events and programs.

Peer Mentors

The learning community will have three undergraduate peer mentors living in the house. Peer mentors will be responsible for leading teams in areas such as program events, learning activities, facilities, and the student-run business.

Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship

The Papajohn Center For Entrepreneurship is responsible for the learning community program, the seminar course, mentoring relationships, and other activities.

Delta Upsilon Fraternity
