Solving the Big Picture with Knowledge + Ideation
The second annual ISU Innovation PRIZE was held March 30th and 31st at Iowa State University Research Park.  With little to lose, 10 teams made up of students, faculty and community members emerged to solve bold challenges in AgTech, EdTech, and Global Impact.  What was at stake?  $1,500 cash awards (thanks to our sponsors) in each of the three challenges.  More than just a pitch,  these teams offered key insights to shed light on how to solve complex problems in Iowa and around the world.  Special shout-out to our facilitator for the weekend, David Tominksy, from the Iowa Startup Accelerator out of Cedar Rapids.
