The conference registration DOES NOT include hotel accommodations. Attendees will need to make own reservations. All charges for overnight accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. The symposium has reserved a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate at the Gateway Hotel (2100 Green Hills Dr., Ames) one of the closest hotels to the Symposium location. The Symposium’s discounted rate of $108/night (plus taxes) is available until June 10, 2025 . The daily Symposium shuttle bus will run only between The Gateway Hotel and ISU campus on event days at specified times.

Sleeping Room Reservations
A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted group rate of $108 plus tax per night until June 4, 2025 or until the group block is filled. Although the hotel will make every effort to meet your reservation needs, accommodations at the discounted room rate cannot be guaranteed after the June 4, 2025 cutoff or if the group block is filled, whichever comes first.
When making a reservation, you must mention you are with the USASBE Rural Entrepreneurship Symposium to get the discounted rate. All rooms must be guaranteed for arrival with a valid credit card. All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled before 6 pm the night prior to arrival. Please Note: The hotel will charge the credit card on file one night of room rate and tax if the guest fails to change or cancel hotel reservation before 6 pm the night prior to arrival and/or does not honor the reserved arrival date (does not check in to the hotel/no shows).
